Yeah, next launch window is Tuesday May 22 at 3:44 AM EST; whether it launches then will be dependent on the nature of the abort.

Edit: Abort was due to engine parameter being out of set abort limits; I think I heard something about 5th engine chamber pressure being high.

That's the latest word.  They've replaced the bad valve and are talking about a launch time of 3:45 AM eastern time (9:45 AM central European time) Tuesday.  Presumably they have more tests and inspections to carry out, so something could still turn up to push the launch back further, but so far it sounds OK.

It was very reassuring to read in SpaceX's last announcement on their website, "We have discovered root cause..."  Nothing worse than an unexplained, intermittent error.  Also, Musk tweeted "...and verifying no common mode" which means, I presume, that they didn't just replace the one failed part and move on.  They also made sure it wasn't a symptom of a larger problem that could affect the other engines too.

I might catch the beginning of the webcast (it was counting down, earlier, but I've paused it/switched tabs to watch something else until the turn of the hour) but not sure if I'll still be here at 44 minutes past the hour (in just under 55 minutes time time, now) when the launch is supposed to be.  I've popped into work early for other business, but have to go somewhere (close, but not next door) for 9AM (my time, which I'm almost certain is 4AM EDT, because it's all been lining up how I'd expected to, so far).

That looks like a rather long "AOL" response to cartmann, so let's just add:

Regarding the mention of "...General William Shelton..." in the announcements, I always read that as "General William Shatner".
