and metals are done, weapons and armor types will each have there own bonuses and deficits but I'll get to those later.

Metal rolls can be found at the bottom of the page, there's four charts for non-precious metal properties.

Who are we waiting on commandwise?
And might I suggest a time limit for these things, so that we don't end up waiting weeks at a time on two people who might just decide to pass anyways?

Finally, if in the next version heroes aren't acting as pop might I suggest we don't start with heroes? They already do very little in this version, after all, and if there isn't enough pop for them to order around it would get rather boring to be one

I'm already not starting people off with heroes, but heroes still count as pop, there's just different "classes" of hero, some of which don't count as population, I'm also going to start everyone off with one extra pop, so they can spread out quicker if they want.

I really don't care if people post there actions, if they do, then sure I'll do another turn, but what's the point of getting used to this old flawed system?

Also I'd like some actual feedback about all the stuff I've worked on so far, I may be missing stuff, or something wouldn't work.

Shouldn't Armor also come with encumbrance?

Armor's the only thing with encumbrance.

Yes, but I didn't see that among the traits.

Are you looking at the actual rules, or the stuff I put on the thread?  Land speed penalties would be encumbrance.

Bump for the bump gods.
If I grow animals to be bigger, will they have more meat?

Selective crop plantation and cattle breeding?

Rules!? *grooooan* I gueeeeess...

It wouldn't be cattle though, unless your using that as a term for livestock.  I'm thinking of making the first couple turns take place over a year so you can realistically domesticate your local animals, breeding them should take years to create a specific breed, which would be +1 to certain things (milk, eggs, meat/fat, land speed, size, etc)

Crop planting would be similiar.
