I think some people just get lucky and get dwarfs, but the main reason this could be happening is because either there arent enough dwarves or all the dwarves are dead and the humans control the Dwarven empires.

Alright, well ill try and upload it, DFFD is kinda buggy for me.

If you can upload it, I'll take a look. If I can find a good embark, I'll do it over[keep in mind the first post will be delayed even further.]

EDIT:

Well, now that my game inexplicably crashed without my saving once, I'll definitely be ready to restart! :D Send it over!

The humie problem sounds like a RAW dupe error.....
Double Raws(Check em) can make screwed up worlds were linden wood is meat and you plays a beakdogs that where goblins for clothes and mine kobolds for shelter.....
Have you done any modding?

No, not besides adding a texture pack. I have already looked for dupes.
