Here is smoke with a coughing effect. This is a better way to do the original, because it doesn't require a new material and it doesn't mess around with temperatures as much.

@roses: Oh, sry, of course you can just add it with syndromes. Just make sure the syndromes has a start, but no peak or end time. This way the dwarf keeps it.

Take Meph's word on the subject, I'm running on about four day's worth of actually looking at raws, anything I could tell you would be limited common sense :P

a Blue Mage could be the result of a character that learns an interaction from any creature that doesn't outright kill them, like a death stare from the cockatrice, or curse from a mummy.

There is no such thing as a DEFAULT caste unless you have one within the critters

Try to use WEREWOLF:MALE/FEMALE/STANDARD same with the higher interactions

Alchemist book raws:

I think if you just threw this in, you'd get alchemists with no special powers besides a certain fascination with writing. Still have to figure out how to get them to transform stuff. If nothing else, they might be able to turn a target creature into a variation of that creature with very cold molten gold for flesh, which would then freeze to death.

My bad I should have left out STANDARD why you ask. There is no caste defined as STANDARD there is only MALE or FEMALE unless your talking antmen and bees or custom creatures that have mulitiple castes. But what I find weird is, how do you convert a creature to one that has no castes (ELEMETAL_IRON)

I use DEFAULT as the caste and it works perfectly fine. Generated were-somethings also don't have castes. In this post trees points out and shows a night creature/were-something's generated raw from a world. In the post is also a link to a script to take data from saves. If you can make it work and check out the were-s curses we'd know for certain. It'd also be a useful reference.

Here is a Heal interaction, i tested and even if you are the same creature type/gender, this will get you back with no wounds, ... who ofen can you do it and what are the conditions, or deleys ... well you can parameter it with [CDI:WAIT_PERIOD:-whatever-you-want-]
