Sverre was stopped by a guard as he reached the camp.

"The Jarl doesn't recieve any visitors for today. But i guess McMurray will see you."

the guard led him to a tent in front of which a massive red-bearded man sharpened his axe.

"My lord, this man here claims to be a mercenary and wanted to speak with you."

McMurray turned around a frown on his face.

What d' ye want stranger?

The Outcome of Miring:

Did Taric kill Trubaldsome? (4-2 vs 2)
As Taric comes into the hallway, he finds himself faced with a large number of troops. Despite his injuries, he flies into a rage, leaving a swath of destruction. Waery is cut down defending his King.

Did Taric survive? (3-2)
Of course not. By the time all was said and done, the "Just" knight had become a human quiver. He died just as a blade, stolen from a felled guard, found Waery's heart. The last thing both knights saw was the battle rage dissipating from each other's eyes.

Did Jarod survive? (2+1)
Jarod is questioned and arrested by guards who had overheard is battle cry. He receives medical attention however, and survives the ordeal.

The Outcome in Weyland Highlands:

Did Jarl Manskinner Survive? (1)
Despite the best efforts of his friend, ally, and follower Donald McMurray, Corv eventually succumbs to the poison that runs through his veins.

What Happens to the Weyland Highlands? (6+1)
He dies, but not before leaving the Highlands in capable of hands. Donald McMurray soon takes up the book of his lost friend, hiring a traveling scholar to teach him how to read. Under his command, the Weyland Highlands flourish and become a military force of unparalleled ability. They hire themselves out as mercenaries, and their acceptance of slavery soon spreads to the neighboring regions of Elbreth and Preston.

What about Sir Jormund? (4+2)
As a thanks for his aid, Donald McMurray is all too happy to grant him anything he needs to see his goals of a socialist state through. The people are all too happy to support him, and soon an independent and (largely) neutral, but impoverished country forms in the Northern Highland under his careful leadership, tempered by the wisdom gained through his travels after the Shadow Circle's fall.

This is largely incomplete. There are other plot threads that need to be wrapped up. Please shoot me a message in the OOC thread and I will get to it.

I think it matters. This means I could go visit a country that I founded after it's been established for nearly a hundred years. Northern Weylands really isn't that far from where we'll be starting most likely anyways. If people don't mind I'm going to name my country the Confederacy of Jorkari.

I'm having money troubles so they disconnected my internet at home... No way to post outside of work. :\ Thankfully I work from 10 AM to 6 PM EST, though its 6:45 and I'm still at the office. (Manager, I can stay as long as I want, hehe)

...And yes, I'm here just to post on B12 in RP posts. Can't get geekier than that.

((Did this a 'lil while ago for my epilouge and posted it in the OOC thread figured I should do it here to  :D))

"Gather 'round, gather round!" Called the bard "Hear the story which we relive here today:

Meng, our hero, saw a lord once,
he was sent as a lousy diplomat
though thought himself a dunce,
at one point he named himself a twat

Surrounded by the land's dire plight
he decided on a rather starry night
despite his unfortunate lack of sight
to help the suffering and then take flight

He sailed a fair distance to Moun
after twenty days, he arrived at dawn
where everything looked rather the same
but he had a plan, to host a game

Then soon people traveled from all around
to see the glorious fighting run abound.
But then one day he strangely disappeared
into the wilderness, from where he was never heard.

From that point on every five years we host these games and that boys and girls is why you are here today!"

Also I should probably link to the sequel: You Are King II: Tales Of The Storm Coast
