You said turns take 1 year.

And in that case I still go by my turn above.

Appoint a general to lead the army. He is to be selected from the best of the best, and the most educated.
Expand colony to the West
Build more forts along the new border.
Build a couple more ships and begin trading Squirrel Slippers and Iron Ore to the other colonies.
Build a road connecting Proelia to the nearest 3 Colonies to increase immigration.

Spoiler:  Proelia's stuff (click to show/hide)

to get rid of the tax confusion, revert taxes to what they were before and then double them.

Then, Build more houses and services (such as police stations, firefighter stations and a hospital).

Thirdly, Enlarge my agriculture, mining and logging industries to major and set up a forestry commission that plants new trees once old ones have been cut down to make sure i dont run out of wood.

Finally, organise the militia into proper regiments (preferably 2 regiments) and set up proper patrols to protect my land.

Troops:
Militia

Ships:
Indiaman ~ 2 decks ~ 20 cannons each side ~ three sails ~ Medium Cargo

Bay

Special:
Minor Taxes
Confusing Taxes
Minor Agriculture
Minor Logging Industry
Minor Mining Industry

Sorry for the lack of info.  I had a family emergency.
I think in turn 2 I said that turns would be three years.  Because most people missed that I'm saying it again now.  Anyways I changed a lot last turn, and due to the emergency, I might have rushed the update.  It was really all summarised in the war section, at least anything that was important.  Most of my time was spent organizing everyone's stuff.

Uh... I think you missed my turn or something.

Nope, it's just that I had very little to say.  You did mostly economic improvements, and I mostly focused on the warfare part of the turn, but if you really want me to say something about it, I will.  (done)

We are doing something similar to an rp section in the lordship game.  You have to quarrel and argue or instantaneously agree on whether the troops invade or not, reinforce and ultimately wage war.  Should you wait and drill the troops, or should you send in the army now?
Hint: The French army has been hurt and is regrouping outside in the forest.  You can also raise an army and send it to one of the fronts

Whoops, I left in some coins in some people's actions.   :P   ::)

Edit: I fixed a massive amount of spelling and grammar errors, but if anyone finds anything that looks suspicious, tell me.   :o

The post has been cleaned of inconsistency and error.  I think.  I'll proofread it one more time.  Done

Well a bit of recognition is all I ask. Just so that I don't think that you've missed it or something.

You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.

If we are just updating the war, I have nothing to do yet. Most of my troops are under Ainsworth's command and the rest are guarding my capitol.

Also, it seems like you got 3/4th through writing up my turn and then got cut off at a very important spot.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

What did they talk me into setting up?

You can raise an army.  I said that in my last post.  Bolded for clarity.

About Spoiler
Sorry.  Notepad has been doing funny things to my words.  The word was University in the colonies.  You now have materials for the first university of the colonies.  What you do with that (BURN THE BOOKS :P) *ahem* or build the university, is up to you.  Even attempting to convert natives might work.  Of course I should stop bothering you with alternatives because you are most likely to build the university.
People are dropping like flies!  :(
I might stop this game and start another one.  One in a more interesting time with more non-cooperativeness.  One with more napoleon.
Now that I have firmly set mechanics, I know what to do.
I might do that one at the same time as this one.  That one will receive a lot more care than this one if that were true.  I know more about the time, and will not have random nations.
I've decided to do it.
