Things are simpler than you make them like: Remember when we infested that water purification building and we infested various villages in a extremely low time?
Remember when we had absolutely no control over any of the zombies created in that way, and still don't? Remember how burning the world isn't the same thing as ruling it? Remember how we were almost killed (saved only by the grace of TW) by falling on a piece of rebar in a stupid rotting building accident?
We will not be starting an uncontrolled zombie explosion. Those zombies are hostile to us and ours, they don't need a smart zombie leader to become a legitimate threat (even an inanimate object was), and we still find uses for uninfected humans with sufficient skill and loyalty to us.
Remember that zombies infested by other zombies actually are under our control? And so are the ones made by biobombs. The purification one was weird thing since the infestation wasnt direct. I guess that made they not recognise us as their leader.
My theory is that zombies follow the zombies that infested them, since those zombies follow us, the ones that follow them are also under our control.
When they werent infested directly by any zombie, they didnt follow us, since there was no one to give them order, they just did what their instinct told them.
The only way to find out if it works is to try. And also, more worms will probably give us more control over them.
About burning or ruling the world thing... Do we really care?
We tried the ´´Kind but strict`` and it only ended in our prisoners escaping. Ruling a world of humans gives more ploblem that ruling a world of zombies. Zombies follow our order without questions. Humans WILL cause disturbs, they will attempt to kill us, they will fight back. They wont if we dont give them the chance though.

She didnt know they would rescue her. With the promise of eternal torture if she didnt help, she wouldnt have lied. Overall, if ageing is inevitable, what would she win by liying us to make ourselves think we can avoid ageing?
