Minisession four - Saltrays in Your Wounds

Slayed:

XP: Everyone gets a flat 5000.

This session was astonishing.

Two people defeated an optimized 18th level fighter, and also a 11th level wizard.

O_o

This new batch of XP should place everyone firmly over 10th level, even characters that never appeared. The minimum XP of everyone should be over 10th level, and 6400 towards the next level.

The session was cut slightly short by my personal circumstances.

The loot was:

1000 gold coins each
1 small wooden top (special)
3 rubies
6 Electrum Horror chassis(es)
1 Gold Horror chassis
1 bag (special)


How was the session? (...other than the very very overpowered for your level fighter)
Things to fix?

It was an okay session for me. I learned more of Tali's limitations.

I now know she should not tank full attacks from 32 BaB warriors when at half HP.

Also, you sneak attacked Auvergne and helped balance the playing field.

That was my first crit sneak attack actually.

You'd think it would happen more often...

Anyway, against a level 18 warrior, everyone bu Toman is dead meat anyway. I don't feel too bad about the fact she could have killed Ria and Tali in one hit each with a hundred percent chance...lol

Stand Tough is a nice way to cheat death though, don't you think?

If you'd asked me to play Rae I would have. >.> Jeez, warn me about that sort of thing next time. Now I'm sitting here thinking 'well if I'd known there would be plot developments for her I wouldn't have used Toman.' Not that I dislike the guy, he had a few good moments here... but yeah, that's my thing to fix for this session. If you want me to use a particular character, say so. ^^^; As for how was it, the dice love teasing meh. Like seven straight rounds of misses and then when a normal hit with a damage roll of even 1 (due to his damage bonuses) would finish the fight... 16x4 critical. No one's fault. Except the YABD. >.>

Anyway, for more power, take a dip level in Barbarian for Rage, then at your next opportunity pick up Reckless Rage. It'll add another +2 to Str and Con while raging at the cost of -2 more AC for a total of +6 Str/Con and -4 AC total, but since she wields a greatsword that translates to six more damage per hit and 3x18=another 54 HP; albeit not quite as good as temporary HP it'll keep her alive a little longer.
