Well, nothings set in stone...but clothing is usually Wonderous Item Crafting. Which I might take at level 12, in place of the 25% off.

As for the shield, well there's a few you could choose from...
I'll try to just thrown down this list and you tell me if anything pops out at you. Anything marked with a
* is above 10k gold base cost. The other stuff is usually sort of cheap, actually. Not all of them count against your shield bonus, some of them have flat costs. I've left out the stuff I can't make, or the things that rely on DC saves that will be outdated.
Aportation: 2 times a day SA Dimension door
*Axeblock: Damage Reduction 5/Bludgeoning or Piercing
*Hammerblock: Damage Reduction 5/Slashing or Piercing
*Spearblock: Damage Reduction 5/Slashing or Bludgeoning
*Called: Summon your shield to your hand from anywhere on our plane of existence.
Commander: +1 to all allies will saves in 30 ft, +2 to Diplomacy, -5 to hide checks
Death Ward: As the Death Ward Spell, once a day.
Wall of Ectoplasm: Produce the spell effect so described-

There's probably others, this is only the ones from MiC. Mind Armor is cool, Tali's already got that one. Would cost you a flat 2000G, not an enchantment bonus.
Aporter would be great if you could afford it. I would make it for flat 10,000-no profit for me in that case, but having our tank being able to warp to the rescue is worth it. Also, not an enchantment bonus!
