I looked, and the only thing I think is the ammo size could be a bit bigger.  The whole "can hit yourself" bit makes me think more 6 than 5, though.

Also, yes the drones might be OP. Maybe switching the range and ammo to 5

It randomly retargets. That means it can fly back, but it won't do that all the time.

It randomly retargets. That means it can fly back, but it won't do that all the time.
Is it limited in range after retargeting?

So, I can use this race to test out my primary method of achieving world domination! They called me mad, they did! But I'll show them... Wait, I am mad. Well, I'll show them HOW mad I am! MUAHAHAHA!

His dream may or may not be the result of telepathy, alien tinkering or magical faries that are bored.
