Dariush 1: Fire Tesla Cannon at Luke's dodge system. If it hits, fire flamethrower and a missile at his engine and let go of him, otherwise fire flamethrower at his dodge system.

Use the Supersonic Booster.
Permanently man that 'Engine stabilizer' with One Good Crewman
Max repairs his fuel tanks[5,4] and also spends some time messing with his machine gun. Dariush fires his new Tesla cannon[5+2] at Luke who fails to dodge[1].The critical hit[3+2] damages his dodging systems[2*25%=1].He follows his attack up with his flamethrower[4] which Luke is unable to dodge[3]. The flames[6] do quite a lot of damage [4*25%=1]. Dariush also fires a missile[3] which hits[1]. The blast [3] does some damage[4*25%=1].
Luke races away to escape Dariush wrath [4+5/2=5]. He's followed by Toaster[1+4]. Scelly goes and attempts to chase Monk [2+6*75%=6] and ends up in the danger zone[6] but he avoids being hit[6+1]. Monk races away [4+5], Avoiding [3+1]the dangers in the storm.[1]
Tyrin makes a comeback[5+4+3], racing forward at near max speed.
Part2:
Luke action 2: If I managed to make it to the shop in my first action, shoot at scelly in the crew compartment, if he's not in range then shoot at the closest person to me in the engine.
If I didn't make it, use magnet to pull myself towards Monk 12, and if I do make it then I buy the same as above.
Toaster Roll 2: Saerch for fuel

Monk activates detonates his fuel tanks[3+5], winning the race.
