webadict lets himself out of the brig and heads up to the front of the ship, the door to the cabin sliding shut behind him. Controls blip and bleep. There's nothing outside the windows but stretches of empty space in all directions, and stars strolling by at a leisurely pace in the distance.

There is a sharp rap against the hull, towards the back of the vessel.

There's another, louder bang from quarter up the ship, and then another halfway up the ship and off to the side.

There are no windows, and no whales. Instead, you peer through the small window to the pilots chamber, where he sits in his pilots hammock making racecar noises and flipping switches, and try your hardest to imagine that he's really, really fat.

I am a doctor, and I have a one-shot with two uses - protect someone at night (not used up if no one kills my target) or heal someone who's wounded during the day. The day action is publicly announced. I also can give someone or take a pill every night, but only one or the other. This doesn't take up my night action. I also know someone else's role, as they are my husband.
