I just wish I wasn't too lazy to do backgrounds.

A sketch I made of a piratey-type elf I plan to have encounter my heroes in my D&D 3.5 game.

Shook, that is really funny. Many a nut will be busted reading that comic.

Speaking of busting my nuts, I started a project a couple days ago. I found a thing on Youtube where this guy played an episode of Spongebob in reverse, and added subtitles for every line to give the episode a whole new storyline. It wasn't supposed to match what it sounded like they were saying, rather, he treated it like they wede speaking some other language.

I got really bored, and I found it pretty amusing. I haven't been able to find anything else like it, so I decided to make another one myself. It's kind of a pain in the ass so far to think of a caption for every line and still have it make sense. That said, should I continue working on it? I've got the first three minutes down so far. Oh, and here's a link to the video that I mentioned.

Oh my god, that video is the most hilarious thing I've seen all week. Thanks for the link, Tomater.

So, Paint.NET 4.0 came out somewhat recently, so I decided to give it a shot again.
I'm kind of pleased with the result or at least I dont think it's awful, considering I don't use my fancy tablet...Tho I should. (And you can clearly see how different my style is when drawing in Paint.NET...much cleaner compared to the rather dirty-looking Krita abominations)

http://www.kiwijuice.net/

Basically gumroad is this cool new website for selling vids and such that's super affordable because the site doesn't take a giant cut (5%) this in turn enables super cheap tuts. Now, a ton of artists from the industry has started making tuts and are charging a pittance for them (Seriously, there's one by Dan Luvisi going for 1 buck). This site collects all the videos on one nice place (because gumroad doesn't really have a search engine of any kind).

So yeah, thought you guys might find this interesting.

EDIT: Dumb post, I get it now.

EDIT EDIT: Two real comments. One, "vid" and "tut" just really irk me. The former because if you're not stuck up you probably only say "video" as two syllables (vid-yo) so abbreviating it to one seems pointless. The latter because "tut" suggests a short /ʌ/ instead of a long /uː/ as in the original "tutorial".

The other, more serious one, is that this "Gumroad" sounds too good to be true, like there's some hidden secret buried in their legal terms. Call me cynical, but the rates that they apparently charge combined with all the free services in return seem such that they would need to maintain a massive user base just to stay in business, let alone make a profit. But what do I know?

I honestly haven't given thought to the abbreviations. But I think I do them because they're quicker and easier to type. If I'm talking then I'm using full words, no reason to cut short there.

Also I have no idea how they are keeping it cheap, but my guess is that it's a small team running a barebones service and honestly the only thing they've gotta pay are the servers/storage which isn't that expensive nowadays.

I wish the subtitles complimented the surreality of the reversed video, but the I guess it'd just be more YT poop. Good choice of episode!

Thanks. It's not as good as Pizza Delivery because of how fast and how often the episode changes, but that wasn't shown in the video.
