Wonderful idea.

Now, if only we had some sort of spare appendage around, so that we could take advantage this new and exciting ability. Some sort of upper limb with the ability to grasp, preferably taken from a person known to exchange sexual pleasure for currency. It would also likely be best if we were to attach said limb somewhere in the frontal region of our upper torso, perhaps by using some kind of equipment commonly found in stores specializing in the sale of clothing. Hmmm....

I still vote for the surprise launched grenades.
Now in combination with the flesh-absorbtion-not-a-hooker-arm-excuse-thingy.
And the ability to exterminate all smell we emit.
Don't want to be smelled from half a mile away, do we?

You decide to go into the bedroom first, there is one person in here, sleeping......You take out the knife and stab it into his spine, dies without even screaming, you then place your knife back and grab your pistol out.
Walking into the armory the person saids"Who are........" 2 shot are fired from you, both into each for his arms, you grab his neck and hold him up, then something inside you felt change(Mutation has hit level 2, you can now speak human), then you say"Who the fuck are you and what has happen here" he replies "I am Robort Poel and he wanted to take this......"He was cutted off went you thown him into the wall, you pick him up and says"No that you twit, i mean what the fuck has happen to the city" You says, put him on the ground, he replies "Well virus hit here, At first everyone just think it was a other illness like the swine flu, but as you can see every thing went to shit, why do you need to know?" You put off your face cover "Because i am one for them"He looks terrifly and he says "But..but how...I need to tell people..."You can not allow this, if people find up they will try to kill you, pick him up and thown him out the window, crashing into one for the guards, the other one see you and start to shoot up at the window, to try to shoot back but you can not get a clean shot without get shot, what to do?

Throw the knife.
Throw a grenade.
Throw the hooker arm (my personal favorite).
The all fly in an arc, so it SHOULD work...

You thown the Hooker hand at the guard, he seem to slap him him in his face, you then thown the knife too......It lands in the head, he pull out the knife then fall over, well all for then are down......Might as well have Dinner.......

I think we need a goddamn hooker arm attached to our chest. Just think of all the times it could have come in handy during this adventure.
