Let's say you have a fort of dwarves, with some modding of the castes you could have a fort with elfs, humans, and dwarves, in this case Nevreans, Sergals and Agudners.
A quirk of this system is a Nevrean and a Sergal could have a Talyxian baby, which is hilarious.

thats also what D-fusion is for :P and it works rather well, with our races at least >.> the normal races dont do any work at all, except dwarfs.

Fixing some derps I made.
The derps being naming most of my stuff 'Agunder' rather then 'Agudner', it took me a while to realize it. e________e
Aaaand made my Talyxian description fit more in line with yours, replacing the , with a period, replacing 'whooshy tail' with 'furry tail'.
Also removed some lore creature things, like below, since we actually have these creatures now! And changed a prefstring and added a new one for Talyxians.

I tested these myself, no errors that I've found so far besides kill boasting stuff, just because I didn't install the boasting texts into my test folder.

By the way, does the Nevrean gunshop use rocks for guns? The raws and the red text saying I need a stone bar seem to suggest so.  :P
I haven't actually tried making one yet, though.. I probably should, hm.
=This doesn't include my still-secret-race caste additions, since I based this off of the hotfix update., you'd have to add them yourself if you want to keep that!
I think I will try adding some Vilous plants, for use as clothing, some that can be made into dye, what kind of plants grow in Vilous? and what kind of colors do your sergals tend to wear? I could make up names on my own if needed. B3

i know it sounds odd but the rock:bars are metal bars, hence why strange moods request "rock bars". downloading now

Errors? Error is my favorite color! :D

Such as, my dwarven civ can purchase feral sergal males on embark. But only males. They're also called "feral sergal feral sergal" and "feral sergal feral hunter/fig--er (fighter?)." The child is correctly termed "young feral sergal." Did you play with the job titles?

This is using version 1.7.1. Haven't tried using the hotfix yet.

I uploaded everything on DFFD because it changed a few files, rather then just one or two, the only changes I (remember) making was the Talyxian description, changing 'language_vilous' to 'language_VILOUS' to fit with the vanilla files, and changing everything named 'Agunder' to 'Agudner', the proper spelling, I'm pretty sure you just didn't install the fix'd body_pack file, seeing as those say 1HEAD_HORN_AGUNDER and so fourth.

tried again with the raws posted the same issue is coming up. just post the talyxian fix in a spoiler, even if there are spelling mistakes in the agudner raws at least they work.


also fixed the issues eric found, i fixed them before but i think a backup i did undid the fix, the names are set properly as well as the "young southern sergal" glitch.

That's really strange.
I unpacked a fresh batch of vanilla flavored DF, and put in only my body_pack and creature_agudner_pack, along with their entity, no problems at all.
What I did was open the raws part of the mod's files, search for 'agunder' and manually replace every instance of 'agunder' with 'agudner'.
If THAT doesn't work, then a ghost is gunking up your computer with it's icky ectoplasm. .-.
