Speaking of plotty stuff, broadly we're going to need things like the Elite 4 (why 4? Elite 2? 6? 8?) and the "baddie" team - unless we pull an emerald and do two "baddie" teams. I originally thought of the two teams being dwarves and elves, but that's kind of wierd, because one team seems worse than the other. Any ideas?

An option to side with one team would be quite badass, but would probably require lots more coding and is thus probably not worth it.

We were planning on the baddie team be Elven Radical Terrorists who are being manipulated by a Demon and his generals who make up the elite four

That sounds brilliant, actually. XD So the Demon & Generals genuinely conquered their way into the Elite 4, or did they set it up to control the WORLD?!?

I know this may seem a bit self-deprecating but what about makin' 'em (the enemy team) a bunch of furries? just for the stereotypical lulz. This is supposed to be about more than just DF, anyways (At least if I remember what I read on the first page right.)

Just my two-cents worth. (Okay, it's probably only worth about 1/2 a cent, but still)

Actually, I kinda like that idea. And since DF already has animal-men (not quite the same thing, I know), it could still fit into a purely DF-centric romhack.

There should be a trainer type that is a parody of Batmen. Masks 'n capes 'n all that.

Elite 7? That's going to be tough without ethers!

On the batman thing - apparently there was actually a parody episode of that, where "Crobatman" and his Crobat acted to solve crimes.

>_<

I was just throwing the Unicorpion in.

Welp, guess I'm starting over with the cleanup. Maybe this one will have less than twice the maximum number of colors and thus won't be so bad. ;)

Edit: Actually, it's almost exactly the same changes I already made, so I'm just gonna keep my version this time. :P

I'm actually having some trouble trimming this down. I can do it, though!

I actually ended up sort of merging our two changes.

Edit:
Current version:

And another added:

Added the script-so-far to the wiki. Tweaked a few bits, but mostly the same.
