Is it possible to boot out inactive players or does the game do that already?

Erm, where exactly? This looks absolutely empty, with only 3 forest, 3 mountains and 10 hills. I question my decision to go there  . . .
Dumfries (what kind of name ist that anyway) on the other hand looks pretty stacked with basic plank and cement production.

Dont worry to much about it its just an advantage to be in the UK. People will be able to send you stuff to help. Its easy to move anyway just unregister re register and go where ever you want. (look around and make a note of the name before you un register)

Cairo might be a good idea I built it up slightly and then left because I was unhappy with the location and I don't plan to take it back (its a better location now than before because I am a neighbour im seprated from it by a line of sea thats why I wont take back). Hands off other lands next to me! I plan to take Suez and Awfir lolz.

Taricus, iŽve seen your score at 500 something. Does that mean that you have already build a lot of stuff and are looking for the next province to capture?

Hey, I think I know a way around the fact we can't Tkae more than one of our own provinces. We can put our current ones into the country pool.

I'm going to try it out a little bit later.

This is fun I see a shipment of coal going to Paul so he can build up his steel production.

Wait a second you need 1 million units of steel to make 1 transport ship? At least it can transport a whole lot 5 million units. We need to figure out the max range on these boats, it might be that we do badly need ports like Gibraltar.

Why would someone ship me coal? I have 100k coal just sitting in my stocks, I produce 13k coal per hour and only use about 12k of it so far.

The fuel used to ship 30k coal is worth about 65000 coal if you take into account the difficulty of producing fuel over the difficulty of producing coal, plus his trucks are going to be running out of fuel and won't be able to make it back.

And now the coal is going to Manchester, and 30k cement is being shipped back. Uh, you guys do realize your trucks won't make it across the entirity of the British Isles on one tank of fuel, right? You're gonna run out. It's already used 39% of its fuel for traveling 23 tiles, with 45 tiles to go. That means it needs around 77% of a fuel tank to get there, and it only has 61% left. Then you have to somehow come up with another 116% of a fuel tank to get back. Is your truck carrying 232% of its maximum fuel? Even if it was, you'd be burning over 6200 fuel between you just to trade 30,000 cement and 30,000 coal. Just the POWER requirement of a level 10 refinery producing 6200 would burn 23,560 coal, and that's not even counting the 12,400 oil and the 62 hours of waiting for the fuel to be produced. A level 10 coal mine could produce the 30k coal in 15 hours and takes less than half the resources to set up.

In short, long distance trades like that need trains.

-edit- It's like watching a train wreck in slow motion. Do these guys know something I don't? Do trucks keep going when their fuel runs out? It's less than half way there and the fuel is down to 48%. Now its at the point where it can't reach its destination OR turn back and make it home. Unless they magically keep running on rainbows and happy thoughts, they're not gonna make it.

Where do the British get cement from? All I can see are plains and forests in small provinces.

My brother has three mountain ranges and a large jungle. If we can set up our industry right, our only problem will be population. :)

Turns out that you can resupply units simply by selecting the hex they are on and tapping the refill button that pops up underneath your resource count. Happens instantly, so you don't have to divert any trucks or anything. Works for units other than your own too, so if somebody could occasionally resupply mine and Funk's trucks, that would be nice.

Well, at least we learned how resupply works, but using 6000 fuel to do so seems a bit wasteful heh.

I think I just witnessed thedecline's troops starve to death. They disappeared and I don't think hes been on. I'm not sure if they just don't auto-resupply, or if he wasn't producing enough food to feed them all. He has a food income of 150, how much food do 200 troops eat?

They might just not auto resupply, so you folks with infantry already out there make sure you resupply them.
