'Twould be Fun to watch as someone loses when a FB flies out of the shaft, right up to the entrance to the fort.

You all turned Swordthunders into a bastion of madness that seems to warp in on itself under its own hatred of sanity.  I'm so happy!

I'm not worried about the FB's, so much as Terrorsaurs from Hell.  Pretty sure the possible FB's are all accounted for, but those demons spawn in groups.  There could be anywhere from three to five flying around the magma-filled Hell.

FBs won't fly up out of the shaft. They'll just randomly ambush you wherever the greatest concentration of dwarves/animals are.

Somehow I get the feeling Mapleguy is currently furiously trying to get as many memorial slabs made as possible, along with a large cavern for placing them.  Any chance of pics of your foothold fortress, Mapleguy?

Wow, that place is looking a lot better than I expected it would (no offense) - I was expecting seven (or fewer) dwarves in a small room barely clinging to life rather than a full-blown settlement that seems to be thriving, considering the previous attempts.

*Cough cough*

AHEM!

The previous attempts were magnificent successes! We obtained valuable valuable information about our task at hand.

And then your hands were promptly hacked off and sent flying in an arc or otherwise devoured/blistered by one of the FB's lurking in the fortress

It's not a success until an attempt survives Winter.  Until then, it's just pure hilarity no matter what happens.

What ever you like, just make it a format everyone can use without specific programs (.zip or .rar, for preference).  If you want a recommendation, WinRAR's a good one, or good ol' WinZip
