Well since it is only the beginning of round 3 i don't see how you can get more interesting and please the RNG. Hey wait a second is it possible to pray to the random number god?

Note: Since I don't give two figs about alignment, your god is basically interchangeable with any other god. That said, having gods is fun, so go ahead and pick anyone you'd like, provided s/he is capable of playing well with multiple pantheons.

If you feel like a little more guidance than that, the following is a list of deities that exist in Nethack.- the bolded bits are the classes normally associated with each god. As you see, there is no Fighter, so if you feel like meshing with it go ahead and pick the archetype you feel closest to. Feel free to ignore it as you see fit. If you don't feel like picking and it ever becomes important (or even tangential) to your action, I'll roll it.

The various god's don't have domain-specific abilities, if that's what you mean. Most common prayers would be for healing, protection, or to be cured of some debuff, but I'm hardly going to limit what you want to pray for. I will note that every deity would really rather you solve your own problems, and will rarely do so for you (prayers for your enemies to be smote will never result in them dying, and are more likely to get you smote than anything else, for example.) Gods are funny that way.

As far as picking a specific god, it's just for the lulz, and it'll result in flavor text sooner or later, I'm sure.
