You can complete them you just have to do it very quickly, it doesnt come up with a quest but you just have to destroy a number of parties belonging to the faction that killed the general.

Nope, for balance only orcs can ride wargs, Uruks are the foot infantry.

Building your own kingdom isnt what lord of the rings is about is it though. Also its been rumoured that in the bugfix thats coming out soon you'll be able to tell lords to seige places if you have enough influence.

Thank God, Gondorians especially just love to sit around in their castles while watching Mordor lay siege to Cair Andros. Even when they start a campaign, it takes their troops so long to reach their target they lose half of their strenght against enemy war parties.

EuchreJack, Kivish Zokun; I lost the battle, pretty horribly. I wasn't playing as Rohan, so I have no skirmishers, and while Dol Amroth knights are powerful the AI just loves to ride into trees and get hacked to pieces by infantry.
