Depends on the waterfall. According to some table I remember reading in Stormwrack...

Niagara-like Falls: DC 50 or 60
Small River Falls: DC ~25

Though both will change based on the speed of the river. I believe you have to make an epic usage to swim up anything flowing faster than your fastest move speed.

There's two problems with trying to swim up a waterfall:

A] The water is falling downwards -with you in it- at a rate of 200' per round due to the force of gravity. You have to exceed that speed in order to make any progress up the waterfall.
B] The water in a waterfall isn't as dense as normal water, since it's falling. This calls for a Swim check to see if you can successfully swim in it. Let's call it DC 50, since that's what's in Stormwrack and the Epic Skills rules suggest DC 80 and that's just absurd.

Oh, the upper half of a snake thing was a typo.

Now I have a mental image of a snake with legs instead of a tail. Way to go.

So the first session is this Saturday?

I won't be able to make it to the second session if it is on Saturday again, but next Thursday is free, and I can be hopeful.

You might just want to get rid of Large, Small Torso, and Compact. That stuff is all pretty strange. Also it allows you to swallow whole gnomes, which I am pretty sure the GM said he did not want you to be able to do. (Also cause +8 to a skill other then swim is very strange.)

Consider revising this further. If I went the grappling route (which I would in this case) I would have some really nice benefits. Here is a rough build:

Spoiler: Feat choices (click to show/hide)

To sum up the build I have +18 to grapple from feats and the monster size (no str, or BAB added), and when you attack you can constrict as a free action. There is too much abuse in the naga feats right now.

Also adding stats and NA via feats is always tricky to handle.

Your tail is adorable!

Of course that's a Yuan-ti and not a Naga. The main difference? Naga only have human heads, while Yuan-ti have the entire human upper torso. Page 262 of the 3.5e monsterous manual has Yuan Ti, while naga are found on 191. A homebrewed naga can be whatever they want to be though, I imagine.

Yeah, your naga do seem a bit OP to me. And theres the -4 to hide with the large size which is countered by the +4 to hide from racial abilities. That doesn't really make sense to me. And gaining permenant ability scores through a single feat as well as multiple other bonuses at the same time doesn't seem all that fair either.

Naga 2.0 is not approved, nor are the naga race feats. Specifically, you can't become large at level 1, randomly insert racial skill/stat modifers, give yourself a burrow speed, or give yourself a paralysis & 1d4 con damage poison.
