I didn't mention, but I'm pretty sure the milk would be powdered. Seriously wouldn't last long otherwise...
I tried to make the prices kinda realistic, but I'm not sure how well I did. Only so much extreme Googling can tell you, sadly.

I say we should change that expensive salted beef into cheaper foods, other than flour. If we have nothing but flour for most of the way, we will lose our minds! Get rid of the beef and just take some other cheaper foods instead.
