Welcome to the first episode of Keeping Up with Bay 12!

[narrator voice]
It's a bright sunny day in EveryCity, Earth. Recently, a new apartment building has opened up on the west side of town. It's an old building, in need of repairs, but it'll get by. NewsMuffin, the landlord, opened the building to the public last week, but no new tenants had arrived. He even put an ad in the local paper, but no one had come.

Nearby the new apartment building is a shopping center with a few vacant stores. As of this moment, the shopping center has a Supermarket, a Chinese Restaurant, a Military Surplus store, and a liquor store.

NewsMuffin sits in the lounge waiting for new potential tenants.
[/narrator voice]
