Okay not as much "main" form as attack as I mean only means of attack. I'm fairly sure that such a constant use of magics is supposed to be fairly unsustainable without huge amounts of liquor.

Granted, it is insanely fun to burninate everything you come across.

Huge amounts of liquor, or huge amounts of levels into mana regeneration abilities.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Maybe it's parasitic. It never loses its flavor because you eventually die from having your nutrients stolen by it.

Yeah, as long as you get your mana regen down to 1 per turn you can basically spam spells constantly, but the second level ability does help with mana a ton even then.

That's it. We've finally crossed over and become the nation of Da Orky Boyz.

Yes, but getting mana regen down to that point will take a long while and is usually something that happens rather late, or if you get ridiculously lucky. With Thaumaturgic Tap I just need to spend my first level to pick that skill and I will never have any mana problems again. It feels rather easy.

Somehow, I am physically unable to tell my character "kill that enemy" instead of "walk over to that enemy and have yourself be mercilessly  slaughtered by it.

I don't think there's a keyboard command for attacking. Try clicking on them?

The menu where you save your game (reached by hitting Escape) has an option that disables click-to-move.  It doesn't stick, so you have to set it each time you start the game's executable.

I don't think there's a keyboard command for attacking. Try clicking on them?

There's also an option that lets you melee attack by moving into an enemy.

Tip for everyone(call me out on it if its already been posted): Grind up all your cheese. Yes, all of it. You might say "But good sir, does that not turn it into a worse food item?" and I answer, bake it into a cheese omelette.

As far as I have seen, you get 2-4 grated cheese(or whatever its called) for every cheese you grind, and for every 3 of those and an egg, you can make an omelette. Saves you inventory space, and makes a really good food item for on average a single cheese and a single egg.

I still haven't gotten past floor 2.  Every time I'm doing well something stupid happens, like a named Unfriendly AI three-hitting me.

Whats your build?

And dont you have any emergency potion supplies? Or a GTFO skill, but I guess that goes under build.

I have emergency potion supplies and all that.

Weapon-Perception-Berserk-Dualwield-Dodge-Archaeologist-Smith  I usually level up archaeologist once for the free xp, then perception, which is OP.  First floor is fine, second floor something stupid will inevitably happen.

Once I made it to a monster zoo when suddenly the game glitched and my guy starting running north, straight into a corner, and I couldn't make him stop running north so I couldn't get away.

Are you exploring every last corner of every floor, especially the first? Because that's a huge deal.

I have emergency potion supplies and all that.

When that happens, immediately hit escape and save and quit. I've had that happen before.
