Okay... let me take a quick look at Elona+
Berg's fix to delivery quests wasn't working correctly, so it was fixed.
Changes to the way AP is processed, now fudged to be more dependent on your speed vs enemy speed.
AP is used to get abilities for both players and their pets. Players have a few, like Prevail, which increases evasion as your HP gets lower. Pets have a lot more, such as integrated spell levels, altering range vs melee frequency, healing rain, etc.
Learning to use AP requires the completion of a storyline quest in South Tyris
AP caps at 3000. Pets earn more AP than players.
Gwen and Guards are now stronger.
The chance of equipment damage from attacks is 1 + 1% of original damage dealt.
Pets can now evolve using "Evolution items". (Particularly God Pets)
Garok's hammer now has a superior material effect and is now completely random.
Garok has a new item.
Monster Quota for the warrior's guild quest is halved.
Added Music Ticket trader is South Tyris.
Added North Tyris "Barrier"
Potion of Hermes blood no longer decreases speed potential.
X-proof blankets can now be destroyed when they run out of charges (5% chance, compared to the original 0).
The Gentle Smile feat now works even when a pet attacks.
The amount of skills you can track was raised to 15.
"Directive" and "Call Familiar" have reduced Stamina costs and no longer use a turn.
New craftable items and fusion recipes. (Synthesis items such as Troll Cell and Ikaros Wing have no use yet).
Changes to trade, item prices fluctuate a lot more. You can no longer use return if you exceed your cargo capacity. Furthermore, good vendors have limited cash.
Performance has been nerfed, but audience made a bit more forgiving.
South Tyris now populated and has an entire quest line. (None of it is translated and you'll get random empty dialogue)
Blacksmiths can smith items, which increases their magical plus at the cost of gold. This can bypass the +6 limit of greater enchant scrolls.
Healers can uncurse equipped items.
The item "Astral Light Pen" allows certain pets to become unique characters.
Swimming skill.
Speed increase is Skill Lvl/2 when wet.
Moon gates let you choose which map to enter, like runes.
Added new god: Yacatect, god of wealth.
Likes: Rings and Amulets
Gem: Yacatect's Gem Stone of God Medal (Drops gold depending on faith level)
Special Power: All-Collection. Increases drop rates, material collection rates, and card(and statue?) drops.
Pet: Platinum Goose, may create platinum coins upon eating,
Skills Boosted:Negotiation, Investment, Sense Quality, Alchemy, Travelling, Perception, Identify
Artifact: 寛永通宝 (Some ancient coin thing)
Added items for gods, statues, gems, etc.
Mewmewmew! nerfed.
Gogogo Mani's gemstone of orbital laser
Added "god inside OO-god" for all gods. (Original gods greatly nerfed, but still plenty strong).
Added loads of new artifacts, monsters, and items.

Some spells and their effects have changed.
High resistances to elements no longer give immunity to their debuffs.
Added new activate-able abilities, tied to certain skills. (Like Unarmed)
Classes have class-specific abilities.
Warrior - Chance of an additional melee attack
Thief - Increased evade rate
Farmer - Increased chance of invoking Decapitation (No idea if it allows decapitation in weapons other than sickles/scythes.)
Wizard - Reduce MP cost.
Gunner - Increased chance of additional ranged attack
Warmage - ~5% bonus to casting success
Archer - Increased hit rate
Predator - Increased crit rate
Priest - Bonus to HP recovered by healing magic
Claymore - Chance to use an absolute piercing attack
Pianist - Rare chance to cause sound damage through attacks
Tourist - Randomly loses money
Potions now scale in effect depending on your magic device skill.
Monsters generated from splitters no longer drop items.
New damage type "Blitz".
"Eternal Force" weapons now affect the entire area.
It's meteor + area-wide death word
Minor change to store-inventory coding.
No more waiting animations for searching/fishing.
Traveling now increases skill potential and trains skills.
The effect of DV is boosted.
"Skill potential increase" dreams now affect ALL skills instead of one random skill.
Booze nerfed.
Tax is now fudged to be mostly dependant on fame.
A new ether disease effect.
HP loss when vomiting with Anorexia.
God pets now have 0 breed chance.
You can use a stethoscope to determine whether a monster can eat. (Yellow = not hungry).
The debuff "Brainwashed" has been added.
It's really nastyRandom Enemy Npcs like Goda and Isca can be befriended Nanoha style.
You can build card decks.
Wilderness encounters are now influenced by fame.
You can leave pets at the "Dojyou" in Tyris, this allows you to bypass the 15 pet limit.
Added new dungeons to North Tyris.
There are plenty of other minor additions, but this covers the gist of it.
