And, gotta respect the Foo Fighters, Green Day, and ZZ Top.  Motorhead and Van Halen too.

I had to skip that for now because I haven't actually seen Hunchback.  Yeah yeah, I know, my friends keep joshing me.
Fortunately he did Hellfire, the Hunchback song I do know well (Who doesn't?).

...The mercy on her/on me part...  And the final plea.
Visually, YMMV, I enjoyed it nearly as much as Shiny.

Unrelated, some Beastie Boys my mom remembered today: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ilnnMzK_m8w
(She's also the inspiration for me posting Beach Boys.  We loved Sloop John B)

I really need to see Prince of Egypt too, yes >.<
Though I'm vaguely familiar with the story of Moses :P  And enough Egyptian mythology to appreciate the song (:
Also, love this band:

Oooh.  I love lyrics telling a story, and clockwork/Victorian stories...  Especially romantic/chilling ones!
I love the feeling of an age where rational thought is mass-manufacturing miracles, such that any tragedy must be reversible with enough effort.

Nightcore Christmas Mix

Been listening to this lately.
I'm literally putting this on my phone, so I can slip an earbud in if family visits get too much for me.
I can't deny I love Nightcore's dumb gimmick, heh.  Ironically and unironically.  Layers of irony.

Winter Solstice music:
Nightwish:  Sleeping Sun "I wish for this nighttime to last for a lifetime"
Hot Chip:  I feel better "This is the longest night" (this gets weird quick)

Edit:  For the Nightcore mix, I really like their Carol of the Bells.  Was always one of my favorite Xmas songs, because it's oddly spooky.  Reminds me of Halloween in a good way.
