Where I live, Halloween is not celebrated, so no Halloween songs from me.

A good example of a song that was too good for Eurovision. It's one of the few songs from the past contests that I still remember.

Playing Warcraft 1 reminded me of Destroy the Orcs by 3 Inches of Blood. It's like power metal + NWOBHM + screams.

I've discovered the (amazingly dwarfily named) Magma yesterday.

Imagine that someone threw Wagnerian opera, Coltrane-inspired jazz-fusion and prog rock together in a blender, then sung the result in a conlang that looks like someone spilled an umlaut shaker over German.

Almost prohibitively weird, groovy, and awesome if you can stand it.

I'm going to have to second this. It sounds really weird, but its oddly fun to listen too. I listened to this barely restraining a giggle the entire time. I have zero idea what anyone's saying, but what else is new.
