For a loaf of bread you would need to sing longer then your lifetime.

Heck, the whole idea that economics and government are separate discussions is laughable, because the shape and nature of government power is what makes your economy what it is.  But of course, this thread has already taken host to (Farmers + Cooperation = Good Business Sense || Farmers + Cooperation + Government Oversight = The Gulag) so I know I'm not going to get any traction here.
This is indeed true facts. For any economy to be non-governmental it would have to spring forth naturally (which would imply anarchism). And the fact is, the way we define our economies is by how they are governed.

No using. That's not what freedom is for.

This. Also, I've always considered anything besides Socialism, Communism, or Capitalism to be one of these under a different name, or to be intermediate between them.

Meh, Socialism in it's original form is worthless to any economical debate. I always speak about the current European meaning of socialism when I refer to it. The old one has been theorized over one century ago, get over it.

I keep trying to remind people that the academic spectrum of economic systems is not limited to Capitalism, Socialism, and Communism.  To the extent that it can be given one definition at all, Fascism is supposed to mean when private enterprise is in power over the state, or when the two into one entity.  In a lot of economic ways, the earlier American history of corporate-owned towns, where everyone's an employee paid in company-credit for company-stores with company-laws fits the definition.  You can apply the same sort of argument to when one franchise wields enough influence to use the state's power to enforce its market share.  (Provided you can fit an economy under one label, which I've stated my opinion on.)  But nobody ever wants to use the term "Fascism" because Hitler ruined it for everybody, and it's usually meant to mean "nonspecific evil government that I don't like".

So corporatism?

As to fascism, it has lost any use as a term as I am a libertarian, and people accuse me of 'being a fascist', so it really can't be used in a discussion without invoking a shameless bias.

That means nothing without price controls.  Price controls create thriving black markets when insufficiently enforced and a host of other problems with they are.
EDIT:  Without controlling the price of bread in terms of songs, the market price of bread would do as it will.  There's also the problem of maintaining the exchange rate between songs and dollars.  However you'd accomplish that must surely boggle the mind.

Songs would make a terrible form of money anyway.  The most obvious problem is they're not standardized.

It's similar to trying to use rocks as money without specifying their size, color, weight, or chemical makeup.  How do you then compare a granite boulder from assorted pebbles from powdered emerald?

If I can explain that, it's because there's been a pretty strong bent of conservative politicians, in America at least but I have no idea about Canada, who drape themselves in the label "Libertarian" to get elected while legislating absolutely nothing of the kind.  So it's taken on a more temporal meaning than the dictionary definition.
