 George Melons doesn't look to happy with this. He takes the paper, and puts it on his head as a hat. You hear someone announce "Free Booze at the bar".

Head towards the Arrival Area and Shuttle Bay,
Clean the area, especially the big 'Space Station 13' Floor panel and the glass bits, so new arrivals can get a good look at their new home, and won't get distracted by the monkey poo right when they arrive.
Ask around if someone's seen those yellow signs you're supposed to put up.

You say announce that the drinks are free on the radio. Zilikia Ataki walks in with a bump on his head, and asks for some Ale. The clown runs in and breaks a plate over his head, and when attempting to run away, stumbles and hits his head.

You take the Breath Mask and Emergency Oxygen tank out of your box in your backpack and put it on.

Another meteor comes flying towards you and you manage to dodge it barely. It hits the supply console and destroys it. Fuck.
