I've changed the punchline on the previous comic, it turns out it was too vague that the rats were taxi drivers actually at a bathing seminar, so I tried to make it more clear without actually hitting the reader over the head with it.  Anyways, I've also put up a new comic!  Check it out!

No, it basically takes place in Rat-Canada, New York/San Francisco/Los Angeles.  I know, I know.  Convoluted.

So it takes place in the country of Rat Canada... in the City of Everycity USA.

The reason I use Canada as an example is because they have an honoring relationship with England, and they never rebelled.  This is the society Rattown exists in. There are still Royal Cats back in the Old Country, maybe we'll meet one some day!
