Well, 2 10x10 farm plots is 200 tiles, that consumes your entire seed limit.  Average farm providing 5 plants per seed, that's 1,000 plants by default.  Brewing gives 5 liquid per plant, so that's 5,000 potential alcohol output per crop, or about 20,000 per year.  I don't think booze is actually a concern, as long as you have the barrels available (measured in the hundreds) then keeping up with production won't be an issue.  Even with very small farm plots, I'd end up with rotting produce in the fields.  A sufficiently sized food stockpile, ~100 tiles with max barrels, you could store all your produce and have zero rotting plants and your farms and still working AT population capacity.  Because of the seed cap, it actually regulates itself very well.

Rough numbers, mind you, but probably mostly accurate.  2 max size farm plots, a single still, no booze stockpiles, a hefty food stockpile, and cosmic levels of barrels... and you can have endless food and booze without any user interaction.  Add a few patrolling/training military for the occasional failed mood or overpopulation issue, and it should run very well.  The only real issue would be the rising population that would eventually outgrow the allocated living space.

You seem to be forgetting that elves are not alcohol dependent. all you need is a well and enough sun berries and prickle berries to allow you to maximize your rope reed cloth production. Also, elves won't mood either so you just have to worry about the time when you open up to give the caravan your massive amounts of cloth.

If you hold all keys on the keyboard down at the same time as well as chanting Armoks name the final boss appears.
If you have autohotkey or any program you can program all buttons to be hit simultaneously, all buttons should be no problem.

Having a dwarf make an ☼«☼adamantine statue of a haunt of red flash opal☼»☼ crashes the game, and when you restore it you get a special title theme.

DFBABYBOOMER- All female units immediately give birth to a new unit (useful for quick non-migrant population growth)
IDDQD- Armok Mode! (NOT!, Your adventurer dies. Wrong game.)
IDKFA- The best equipment... or not. Sorry, you're stripped nude and completely lacking equipment. (May be put to interesting use if you're lucky enough to drop everything, instead of having all your stuff deleted. 1/20 chance of happening.)
DFNUKE- All cats explode in a blaze of glory
DFBIGREDBUTTON- All levers automatically triggered (On->Off Off->On (Use at your own discretion)

Notice the less convenient ones are easier to type/shorter code. Except fly mode.

DFINTFIX: Enhances and corrects dwarven intelligence issues. While fixed, pets and mothers with children will stay out of danger rooms, everybody will change clothes and clean themselves as needed, and anyone on fire will immediately path to a water source if possible, among other things. However, this cheat will cause some lag and must be activated every time DF is played.

DFCORNHOLIO - Become invincible and able to fly (adventure mode only).
DFKROZ - Same as Cornholio, just quicker to type.
DFVIEW - Toggles first person perspective.
DFHYPER - Sets a dwarf to [SPEED:0].
DFITEMS - Puts 99 of each non-combat item in the game in inventory.
DFWEAPONS - Put one of each weapon in inventory.
DFSTUFF - Puts 99 of each non-combat item AND one of each weapon in inventory.
