Not that I consider this bad, but around here it sticks out...

I've never had a tantrum Spiral.
My dwarves are always good feeling.
I've never been deeper then 5 layers during normal construction. (See below)
I've only found the caverns once, on accident.
I've never had a siege, or ambush.
I've only had ONE Goblin Babysnatcher. Ever.
I never kill any incoming migrants.
I honestly don't mind the elves. (The short jokes are annoying, though.)
I've never seen Magma.
I've never built a siege crushing hallway trap. (I did TRY one time, but never finished)
I'm always kind to my visitors.
I've never seen a Forgotten Beast, Titan, or Clown.
I've never seen a Megabeast.
I've never seen a Semi-Megabeast.
I've seen one Kobold.
I've never been in any Evil region.
I've never visited a good region.
I've never forged more then eight bars of any metal.

Big list, huh?

I've never been in a fair fight. Between cage traps, goblin grinders, cleverly placed war animals, and controlling where the fighting occurs it's very rare for one of my soldiers to be injured.

I create 2 gauntlets with interconnected pressure plates and pit useless migrants vs. goblins. All left on the remaining side go free. Yes,  I free goblins.

As for the negatives, I rarely dig down to magma and rarely deal with metal smelting unless I have a volcano. I do some forging for trap parts, but for defence mostly spam cage traps (see above.)

I also feel the need to put my signature in every fort I make.

To redeem myself, I do have a tendency to drop any re-trapped invaders/migrants down masive pits, and to flush their blood and corpses onto magma when I do have it. I then use the obsidian to build massive statues imbued with the blood of my enemies (and useless allies.)

I very rarely breach the second and third cavern layers. And those times are accidents while trying to find magma or something.

I've never successfully employed magma for anything, include workshops.
I always try to accomodate my noble mandates.
I like above ground forts better than below ground forts.
I never kill or experiment on my dwarves, including babies and migrants.
I've never killed an elf.
I don't fight fair with FBs.  I have traps I use to kill them safely to avoid risking my soldiers.
I go out of my way to protect every little soul in my forts, and keep them all as happy as possible.

That's more of a good thing though. YOUS THINKIN LIKES A MILITARY MAN!

I go out of my way to protect every little soul in my forts, and keep them all as happy as possible.

If they're not popular that's a little strange. I go out of my way for the super popular folks to avoid tantrums that get people punched to death, Everyone else who isn't in a breeding pair can go screw.

I have never experienced !!FUN!!

I am always courteous to my nobles.

I have never killed my forts.

I have always protected my dwarves and traders. Even elves.

I butcher kobolds that come to my fort if they get something.

Well, since a kobold running dwarves needs to make it look like he's as ruthless as the alcoholic screwjobs he's running, I guess kobold slaughter is understandable.

I never intentionally war with the elves (once they died in a goblin ambush and I had no military at the time) and I prefer trading with them over any other civ.

I only unleashed the HFS once, and only did so after preparing a repeating spike trap for them so I wouldn't have to lose any dwarves.

I never bother with the cloth industry, never grow dye-bearing plants, and only make clothes with spare cloth/leather from caravan buyouts.

Most of my created value comes from food and not crafts, I use huge stacks of quarry bush roasts for trading.

My melee squads don't see much action because I prefer to use my marksdwarves to potshot enemies to death.

I mostly embark in savage areas, and use cage traps on the wildlife.  I then edit the raws of creatures I catch to be war trainable and use them as the primary line of defense.

This.

Although I have had the time to figure out magma pumpstacks and levers of magmatic happiness.
