I'm staying far the fuck away from Taric in battle then. Anyway, for evolution, I'll pick Slam. If you mean we get two abilities to level, then I'll also pick Telekinesis.
Shear: Two brutal slams coming together at opposing though slightly different angles, like pruning shears, except without their merciful edge.
Stamina Cost and difficulty: 3 Stamina for every kN (200lbs Roughly) of force exerted by each slam. Difficulty increases with how tightly you control the burst, a 5' blast is a -1 difficulty modifier, 3' is -2, and 1' is -3. (Unlike Slam Shear does heavy amounts of direct kinetic damage since the target can't fly backwards to bleed off momentum.)
Charge: Don't think of it as running into someone, think of it as shoulder blocking someone with a semi.
Stamina Cost and difficulty: 1 stamina for every 5 kN of force exerted into the slam, difficulty determines how little blowback damage you take. -1 difficulty modifier, 20% blowback, -2, 10% Blowback, -3, 5% blowback, and so forth, halving the blowback damage each time.
Detonate: An intense bundle of kinetic energy, tightly wound and coiled into something about the size of your fist. Course, it gets bigger fast once you stop trying to contain it.
Stamina Cost and difficulty: 4 stamina per kN, the blast radius starts and 3 yards and adds a yard per kN of energy added. Difficulty is how far the sphere can travel before detonating, -1 difficulty modifier short range, -2 is mid range, and -3 is out to long range. (Accuracy is determined using your marksman value.)

You do get a second one, though you can also evolve whichever one of these you wish to pick instead.
