A giant horned undulating half-skunk raccoon with jagged scales, living in an underground lake. Sounds like the kind of stuff Cthulhu would have nightmares about.

That's snow coming off of him, not deadly dust. I couldn't think of a better way to show that he was made of it.

Not a submission, obviously, but I couldn't resist doing a quick scribble of my interpretation of Kul 'rhythmically undulating'...

It doesn't really show, but the extra shading and basic outline under the scales is supposed to represent the translucency of the clear scales.
