Take Leeanne apart and construct a better suit of power armor using parts from her. DO NOT make it sapient.

Wait how is making an IronSectoid suit gonna lead to disaster?

That's not quite what you said the first time.  Note the fine details:

full body sentient exosuit

Hence, my comparison to:

new body [with] omni-consciousness and SHODAN-like powers.

But AntiAntiMatter seems to have gotten my point (or come to it independently) and is suggesting something less likely to end in death.  Though there remains the question of what to do with Leeanne's consciousness itself.

Also, shouldn't the ship be departing right about now?  Or were all the sectoids that Alpha Rauthaz killed somehow in control of that?

--Rexfelum

Edited P.S.:
the ship will leave in 74 seconds
You've watched the first minute of the first video file
Yes, the ship is in space now, unless departure was somehow prevented.  It probably happened during or after the elevator's operation.

TQ-01's kick dislodges the already considerably damaged chassis from Leeanne.
He speakers cut off as the lid clanks open.

It's been a while since you've seen the inside of a droid.
Bringing Leeanne may have been useful after all.

TQ-01 wants to make sure that you don't make something
that almost kills you both like all the other inventions you've had this MCP.

You reassure TQ-01 that the neutrino detector hasn't brought you any harm.

You begin construction of a device to preserve you and your fractured leg.
You try to be responsible for once.

Within minutes you have converted the majority of Leeanne into
a suit of armor granting you the strength and durability of a droid.

+50 Aegis
-10 Agility
+36 Leverage

Incidentally there wasn't a whole lot in the way of generating lasers
or force fields in Leeanne's chassis, Your armor is mostly just a metal
shell. Most of Leeanne's circuitry is still in tact, albeit powerless.

The funny thing about armor is that whenever TQ-02 wears a new set of armor Every Sectoid in the universe grows about half a head in proportion. Remember when TQ-02 made the first suit? All the Sectoids went from 2 heads to 2.5, I've been trying to keep track of it more now so that they don't wind up 7 heads tall.

Rise Darth TQ! Now we only need helmet with respirator and we're ready to take over the galaxy :P
I wonder what would happen if we could manage to upload Leeanne to the ship main computer...

Search for escape route!

Upload Leeanne's consciousness into the suit in order to have easy access to information, but DO NOT give Leeanne any ability to control the suit.

You mistyped again. It's Laser, not Lazer.

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

Ah, the neutrino detector.  Presumably dismantled to make the other toys, well before it could be used to hurt the main characters.

Irrelevant observation:

TQ-01 wants to make sure that you don't make something
that almost kills you both like all the other inventions you've had this MCP.

I know "MCP" means "mandated consciousness period."  But I keep seeing "Master Control Program" (Tron).  I've referenced SHODAN already; I don't need more reasons to be nervous about the technology in this thing.

Hmm.  TQ-01: hopefully your piloting knowledge also means an intuition for ship layout, so spend some time (while TQ-02 is following other advice) studying your surroundings.
