So much crazy in that episode. :o

It seems they stepped up the animation a notch as well, which is great, considering it was really good in season one.

Consider me somewhere in the middle.

Good episode, but not the best IMO. Definitely better than some of season 1's duds, but not really a favorite of mine.


My biggest complaint is actually rather minor: I don't like how the animators are becoming more and more comfortable going off model. Twilight's faces in this one were over the line, to me; going off model for expressiveness is fine, but there's a point where it just gets ridiculous or creepy; this one turned out creepy. Which kinda works I guess because she was supposed to be scary, but still.


Anywho, I don't watch this show for its comedy; that's just icing on the cake. This episode was 90% comedy. That's the real reason I'm lukewarm to it.

I liked it, I have to say. A little nuts, but I liked the oddall transitions in some of the scenes, and I thought it was genuinely funny.

Anyone else instantly think of Fallout: Equestria when the Sonic Rain-Nuke thing happened?
