No.

Trixie and Dash both have huge egos and like showing off, but the difference is Dash doesn't look down on other people when she "beats" them at something. Trixie does.

What these pictures tell us:

First, look at the filenames - MLP206_239_0001.png and MLP206_233_0001.png

So, we can infer 3 things from just the file names: These are stills from the sixth episode of season 2 (206). Spike on the ladder happens 6 time intervals (frames?) before Twilight looks at the book (233 vs. 239). These are also something like the first fully-animated versions of the scenes (0001).

I'm assuming they grow rocks there, considering it's a rock farm and all.
