Just had my throat ripped out by a single snapping turtle whilst my companions looked puzzled at my incompetence on the other side of the river.

Been going it as a peasant outsider and using that crafting mod to make things out of what I kill.  I don't want her to die until at least it's on a quest for the lawgiver of this human civ I'm hanging around.  Savescummed 3 times.  Once for a lion that objected to my presence, once because of a school of tigerfish suddenly dragging my peasant into the river and eating her, and once to a vampire that I had to kill.

Playing a pretty nasty world with Fear the Night mod...played as a female outsider (after dying repeatedly and VERY bloodily at the hands of various vampire minions and assorted terrifying werewolves) and became a master of the spear.  Eventually, after killing a mountain titan, she had her spear-arm ripped off through her chainmail by a giant dingo we all thought was crippled...she dropped the mountain titan meat in her free hand, scooped up the copper spear she'd dropped, pierced a major artery in the beast's heart, and then had her second arm ripped off.  She quickly bled out, the dingo following moments later.  Smells like Dwarf Fortress.

Any one got unlucky with necromancers and had all there undead have carving knifes as weapons.. ya dident last long after one hit me in the foot and tore it off

Dodged the attack of something silly like a groundhog. Fell into a murky pool. Got stunned. Drowned.
That's after an elk bit my foot and severed some nerves of course.

*My adventurer swimming away from the slaughtering grounds of my entire adventuring party. Four unkindness of ravens divulged upon us - then others started joining in. There was one way out, and that was down a 15 z lvl drop into a river. First, a speardwarf and an axedwarf attacked a sturgeon, and ended up getting swept off the waterfall... With lethal results. The rest were ripped to pieces by the ravens (valiantly taking down many of course), whilst I decided to get the hell out of there.

Tldr, ravens. Again.

Even though I prep my adventurers with the dodging skill of a werebeast, some lucky thing still snaps a bone and mauls me while I'm unconscious.

Found a lair.
Inside was a head and piles of dwarf meat.
It was like goldielocks and the three bears, only the three angry bears were a single huge vile horror.

There are two heads in that lair now.

was thirsty, so I went to a river to drink water, some of the river was frozen, so I was curious (am a nub of V2012) and walked in, turns out I was swimming and not drowning, YAY!
so I decided to take advantage of it to increase my swimming skill; I swim next to the Ice, my companions also swam with me as well, I suddenly get pulled under the Ice and drowned, the companions also drowned with me as well... XD

yes I'm still exploring this new version.
