Vegetable oil incoming!

How many people planning on making a fort based entirely around exporting meals made entirely out of high fructose corn syrup?

I'm going to call it: Dwellwheels, or 'Kokebkola'

If you mod high fructose corn syrup to be a solid - put that somewhere where us mod morons can find it.

this is absolutely cool and all, but my fortress is usually overrun with livestock and food anyway.  Hopefully vegetable oil will be a high value item so its worth using.

While adding magma to anything will make it dwarfy, adding the word "magma" to your post does not necessarily make it funny.

On the home page, Toady talked about adding vegetable oil.

Hopefully though he'll fix the bug with not being able to cook liquids.

Great, now I need to add peanuts, and make peanut oil, and then add roast peanuts, and peanut butter...

I don't get why people are so excited over oil.I personally more like the incoming eggs.I mean,really,it's basically the first step to cake!But yeah,it could have it's applications...giant dragon dwarf statue launching fireballs out of it's mouth,anybody?
