So how big a fan of ME3 are you? A big enough fan to blow $850 dollars to get every piece of ME3 DLC available?

Gotta catch 'em all DLCs!

One reason why ffvi is amonst my favorite games is that it that it doesnt have dlc or even sequels. Complete experience. I find dlc:s sad, the game feels incomplete without them, yet they often suck. I wonder if im going to get me3 dlc:s, roght now im not too interested, except in the prothean.

Well, it should be noted that a fair bit of the DLC is for multiplayer/weapons so they're not required per se...

Because they know if they attached an actual level worth of content to some overpriced gaming keyboard, someone at Bioware would be getting lynched by fans.

Still, nickel and diming that stuff out to partners is ridiculous. I mean, who is going to spend $40 on a fucking mouse pad for ME3 assault rifle DLC? Mousepads are barely worth the $10 it costs to make them.

$10 is a little steep. Try like $2. Adhesive, plastic, and rubber aren't very expensive. Still though.

If someone pays $130 for a keyboard JUST TO GET the... whatever it was... I'd say that's a problem with the spender's priorities. In that they should be sending me the money instead. Honestly though, if it's anything like the ME2 ones (buy Dr. pepper and get a visor!) the additional stuff will be mostly irrelevant. Choosing to spend money for whatever irrelevant content is just that, a choice. If it was something like, only the collector's edition has a special ending or something... that I'd see being upset about.

I haven't noticed anyone mentioning this, so.....

EA decided to take the phrase "game launch" a bit more literally by attaching retail copies to weather balloons and releasing them before the official release, so lucky people can get them early. Or they'll get eaten by sea turtles, killing them. Either/or.

Heh, I would love to see the state of one of the recovered games.

Also, I bet at least one of those balloons will be shot repeatedly to get it to land closer to the enterprising gamer with a rifle and good aim.

All the balloons were already launched and landed, and as far as I know, nobody used guns to... alter their odds a little. :P

Though the San Fransisco launch was interesting. Apparently one balloon got stuck in a redwood, the other on a cliff. Both were deemed irretrievable by the Bioware crew, since there was too much risk to get them. And as much as people want them, I don't think anyone has been dumb enough to risk their neck to get it.
Could be wrong though.

The official launch trailer!

Even if it's several days before launch, but what the hell it's good.

Oh fuck you Bioware.

That looks way too good. It's got Garrus. It's got Mordin. It's got Joker. It's got the Quarians (including Tali). It's got massive epic space battles. As much as I dislike being forced to use Origin, I'm really feeling tempted right now.

Why is Garrus speaking with a lisp? Did I miss something in ME2?

His face was glued together for most of it. Seriously.
