Also, you end up right where you were due to locational stuff.
If I can do two attacks in one turn, bash the two zombies in quick order to the north of me with the pipe. If I can only do one, just flee into that building through the window and pick up the item

Close the door to my north and push a table into it to secure it for now, then head towards the see to grab the item there (bashing the zombie if he walks in of course) and also push a table into the door.
Covering your ass with some furniture moving, you wisely forgo the item right near the doorway for another item which you specified with 'see'. I'll assume the left one. You get 4 bandages, but two are lost to the fact that you can't hold them all.
Inventory full. You may toss other items for the bandages if you wish, then again, you are pretty stuffed with them.
What? Oh, sorry. Richtofen will attempt to beat down on the zombie by using the hammer.

Zombies will now on die and leave corpses, these will probably disappear if walked over, but are mostly there for aesthetics.
