Silly Australian, you don't know what cold is. -40 below (both scales. THAT'S HOW FUCKING COLD IT IS, IT UNITES FAHRENHEIT AND CELSIUS!) is the temperature where you can spit and it bounces. I've been in -40, in a driving snowstorm where the snow was coming in horizontally, was three feet deep, and it was small flake.

It was fun. We turned under our deck into a fortess igloo. I had to dig pits every ten feet when moving abovesnow to hide my face from the stinging windblown snow.

I once ended up outside when it was -15 F and windy without a coat or jacket due to bad luck. It felt like I was submerged in icewater (minus the being wet part, but definitely with the heat loss) and even though I was only outside for five minutes at the most it isn't an experience I want to repeat.
