Anyway, I liked him. Well, more I liked where the story could have gone. But didn't. Because fuck creative writing, let's just give the players some murderboning nutjob to run around as and they'll be happy.

Called in sick from work today, wasn't really sick and I barely even remember my motivation, I had pretty much just went straight to the phone to call off without even thinking.  Now I'm both worried that my boss will know I lied and feeling guilty about calling off. 

I'm also kinda terrified because this was the same kind of behavior that cost me my last reasonably good job 10 years ago.  I promised myself I wouldn't do that again, but seems I'm already starting to slide.  This is only two weeks after a legitimate call off for my work system not able to get logged into the VPN.
