Whoo. Sugar/Potassium Nitrate smoke bombs are tons of fun. Fun fact: If you don't stir enough, it bursts into flames, even on the lowest heat setting. Fun Fact #2: It burns hot enough to melt the tin can you are using to store the rest of your ingredients. Fun Fact #3: When burnt, burning sugar flies everywhere.

That was painful and expensive.

Reading about Luke physically contorted my face into a snarl.

How can any one person be so unhygienic that the flies themselves would die a plague ridden death of pestilence?

More likely an avatar of Nurgle on pre-Imperium Earth. We're all doomed.

Why are the authors of "that guy" stories always the funniest guys?

Does anyone have a link to the story of that guy with the saxophone?

@Footjob, you can microwave most grains I've tried pretty easily through the microwave, even if they aren't packaged for it.

Yep. After all, if Luke repulses Nurgle, what chaos god would SSM (Shit Saxophone Man) repulse/be an avatar of?

So. Not sure if anyone else caught it, but it was linked somewhere in the Son Nurgle archive. That OP.

Not really the kind of "afraid" that you guys are talking about, but one of my classmates thinks that ice is a liquid because it comes from water.

A guide to forum spies and misinformation campaigns
I have seen #4 used effectively and for some reason people on this forum actually contributed >_>

"By doing this and showing no fear it may be more effective in getting the more silent and self-disciplined violent intent members of the forum to slip and post their real intentions. This can be used later in a court of law during prosecution."

Derp derp.

"It is important to also be harvesting and continually maneuvering for a forum moderator position. Once this position is obtained, the forum can then be effectively and quietly controlled by deleting unfavourable postings - and one can eventually steer the forum into complete failure and lack of interest by the general public. This is the 'ultimate victory' as the forum is no longer participated with by the general public and no longer useful in maintaining their freedoms. Depending on the level of control you can obtain, you can deliberately steer a forum into defeat by censoring postings, deleting memberships, flooding, and or accidentally taking the forum offline. By this method the forum can be quickly killed. However it is not always in the interest to kill a forum as it can be converted into a 'honey pot' gathering center to collect and misdirect newcomers and from this point be completely used for your control for your agenda purposes."

Forum becomes dead, instant target for trolling. Deleting a neckbeard's post is instant grounds for scooby doo levels of investigation.

The prevalence of megathreads in GD kind of has a forum-sliding effect. I should probably increase the number of threads displayed per page.
