I'm great with winter days where you get to stay inside and just be warm with a good book, etc.

The problem I have is the other 5 days of the week when you need to wake up while it's still dark, remove yourself from your warm bed for the cold air in the room, deal with muscles that never fully unclench due to the cold, walk 15 minutes in the snow to reach your class, go to school for the whole day, and then walk 15 minutes back in the snow when it's dark. That's the problem that I have with winter.

I'm cool with the eternal darkness part. It's the butt-numbing cold that goes with it that no me gusta.

I hate the cold, but like snow.
For some reason it doesn't seem as cold when there's snow.

That's the hypothermia kicking in.

But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

Plus, I'm a little giddy with the POWAH of being able to start a slap-down on a troll. :3

Well, okay, but I really think Chess is a much more sophisticated game and would certainly help us more in this plight.

* Descan sets out a checkers board, and takes the first turn.

Your move, spawn of satan! :D
