The new guy, a paranoid schizophrenic prick named Antonio, touched me on my shoulder while standing behind me. I went into a panic attack and almost decked him. That may not sound terrifying to most of you but thanks to being beaten several times a week for fifteen years whenever someone touches me or is behind me or is behind me and touches me I freak out and immediately want to break their fucking jaw.

I'm going to hide in my room until tomorrow morning, only going out to use the bathroom and get more fresh tap water. Otherwise this panic attack might not stop.

As I remembered after posting my previous post and as I've stated before in the "What the fuck?" thread apparently chanting Latin helps me break out of panic attacks and deal with situations that involve crowds and lots of stimuli as well. I still am not certain why it's Latin and no other foreign language I've dabbled in that does it though.
