And the good news is that the Panther 2 stops being utter crap as soon as you get the second gun, because whoever tought of putting a t6 gun on a t9 tank is an idiot

first game of day an enemy IS-7 rushed all alone across that new desert map and found out just how much of a camping map it is.

he didnt even get to shoot anyone and got shot by atliest 8 people camping behind rocks mid way to our base at the bottom of the valley.

Also....

I now own an IS-4, and im completely not amazed by it.

ITS SO SLOW and handles so badly compared to the magical IS-3.

only upside is, VK4502's bounce off my frontal armor ALOT, which makes me giggle alot.

Also, today was the first time ive ever gotten a Confederate award.

The Confederate award, is an award which if you hit more enemy vehicles than anyone else on your team(more than 6), then subsequently have them destroyed by your teammates, you get this award.

That whole round i was cursing my team mates because id nearly get an enemy tank to death, then my teammates would jump in and kill him I think i got 0 kills that round, then i saw the confederate award, and was like oooh whats this!

your teammates should get a kill stealing award, not you getting an award for them kill stealing  .

I gotta ask this, where is the soft spot on IS-7 front armor, Jagtiger front armor and the Ferdinand front armor?

Actually Ill also ask this about the stupid t-54 because ive penetrated it frontally before, but up close one i kept nailing its front armor and kept bouncing :/

My BL-9 gun can randomely penetrate these tanks from the front, but when i try to hit them in same spot again it bounces. I have no clue whats going on usually i can find it but on these tanks it seems entirely random

I'm going to regret giving out my Ferdi's secrets, the weakpoint is the lower hull, but that's pretty strong too, the real sweet spot is the gun, with measely 80 armor that thing can get penetrated by almost anything.Jtiger is the same i belive, aim for the gun, using autoaim seems to screw up it's gun with the first hit (but i'm not entirely sure on that).IS-7, the gun again, the weakest thing on the whole tank it seems, but i wouldn't bother with that, if it is pointing your gun at you and you want to shoot instead of run for cover then go for the gun, other than that, always get it form the sides

see thats weird, ive aimed point blank at gun (direct middle where the tube comes out) and ive actually bounced on a ferdi there before :/ but once again sometimes bounce sometimes penetrate

When he says gun I think he means the base of the gun, not the tube.

Just dance with your aim around the middle of the box untill it's yellow, when yellow shoot, horrible damage with potential damage to the gun.

ok IS-4 not able to penetrate front armor of T-54, makes me rage with upgraded gun etc.

why the hell is this in the game, its ridiculous, its as tiny as a small child laying on its belly zipping around at 55 km/h, it can stop and spin on a dime, it can stop back up go forward faster than my turret can turn.....

then to top it all off every time i hit one on the front armor, i get a bounce. WHAT THE HELL 260 penetration isnt enough? SERIOUSLY?

and now more and more people are getting them, theres atliest 1-4 on each team on now, which makes a heavies life oh so enjoyable.

Compare this to a Panther 2 or Pershing, Both of those have fair armor on front with angles, however none bounce my shots, also they are big as fuck compared to this stupid T-54.

who the hell would want a panther 2 or pershing when a T-54 can take on IS-3's and IS-4's and live to tell others about how they raped a heavy

I feel bad for the people who actually upgraded into the panther 2 and pershing since they got the raw god damn deal here.

Heres the weakspots someone mentioned on the world of tanks forum for the T-54 front armor.

WOW, let me just get my super accurate gun to lucky hit that at 150-200 meters before they come in and circle me to death ffffff.


ALSO-

Playing on that one map with the hill in the middle that everyone usually rushes up onto to try to get a perfect firing position for the rest of the map? You know how hard it is to take a hill when you get there like 45 seconds after FOUR t-54's/T-44's get up there and just harrass the shit out of your team? I sat back and sniped at a T-54 for a few minutes and just kept hearing bounce bounce bounce until i gave up and began using HE. Which on front armor isnt exactly effective either.

During all of this the t-54's sniped half my team in their top armor and we lost the game in a matter of 5 minutes and im sitting there in my IS-4 sobbing like a child lol, as T-54's etc keep pinging my armor like so many wet tears falling from my eyes.

honestly im not sure how this game will last after release, other than they are continuously going to add more content.

I think the Userbase is gonna shrink massively once premium isnt "free".

Still, if they make the prices low, like say, 3$ for a month of premium, then they'd probably be able to retain most of the people who've been playing a long time.

Actually, the only thing they will sell will be gold, and it won't be that expensive i think, like 10$ for 4k of gold or something to that extent, plus clan wars will earn you gold, not much but you will still be able to get everything without paying.But if you want a clan you need gold for that.

Also, am i the only one having connection problems, twice in the last two days it says the server is unavilable :S
