Sorcerer's Apprentice Mafia II
Power corrupts. Absolute power is kind of neat.
-- John Lehman, Secretary of the Navy, 1981-1987

Somewhere in the wilderness, there exists a small school of Sorcerers, proud and powerful.  Each with his own school of magic, the Sorcerers co-exist in relative peace, each teaching several Apprentices about their trade.  But it seems that some of the Sorcerers may have an ulterior motive...

- The Sorcerers win if there are no more Dark Sorcerers alive
- The Dark Sorcerers win if the remaining Sorcerers can no longer win
- If a vote ends in a tie, No Lynch will occur
- Roles will be revealed on death

I thought the first one had an interesting mechanic, and I'm only in one game, so in.

Also, I wanted to post this last game, but I wasn't in it, so...

Have you played Mafia before?

( Just checking, could get *interesting* if you haven't. :) )

Interesting indeed.
If it's your first game, I'd recommend waiting for the next beginner's mafia.

I may or may not join, we'll see how busy I am.
I want to see how the BM turns out (LYLO and day ends mon, so it could end), and see whether I survive the night in Paranormal.
Any particular time you're intending to close joining?  Or just whenever the game's full?

Hmm...I've never been a big fan of CCGs - I mean, I did and still do collect Pokemon cards, but I never got heavily into the battling and trading thing.

By definition that makes you a fan since you still buy them.

When it fills up.  There's not a hard upper limit though, so I'll let you know before I start.

If you plan to be active (post at least a few times a day), the I don't mind.  Be warned that people will probably pick up behaviors that new players and scum tend to share and will try to lynch you for it.

I would suggest at the very least reading a few of the other games on the board to get a feel for how things happen. Paranormal is usually a good place to start.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask me.  ( Although I won't be able to answer all of them once the game actually starts :) )
