Except when the dakka is being shot at you, not by you. Then there's plenty enuff dakka being shot in my general direction and I'd prefer the amount of dakka to be reduced by a factor of all of da boolets.

Although given what I hear about 40k orks, it wouldn't surprise me if the orks shot their own dakka at themselves sometimes.

But then how would you breath to produce more dakka?  I would think that there is a point where hitting a solid wall of dakka would be inferior to reducing the amount of dakka just enough so the users of the dakka have room to clean out old dakka to make more dakka.

A sudden large spike of dakka that cannot be sustained or slightly less dakka that can be sustained to produce more over time.
