Orbital insertion into the site went well, however an attempt to call down reinforcements met with disaster when a dummy dropship collided with one of my rockets, which was laden with munitions and crabs bound for my troop's MREs

The resulting wave of crab chitin and wreckage anihilated everything

Running through the Thieves' Guild questline, tracking down Mercer Frey in a ruined dwarven city.  Falmer everywhere, but my fellow Nightingales were drawing their fire, while I picked them off with my bow.  Suddenly, they were both knocked down (they're essential NPCs, so they weren't dead), and all the Falmer turned to attack me.  I died in one hit to a random Falmer arrow.  Serves me right for not wearing any armor except my enchanted gauntlets (I have 100 Enchanting, so I wear a set of armor that makes my Destruction spells essentially free to cast, but its armor rating is really low).

I stepped into the dungeon and hear the iron gate close behind me. I walked down a short corridor, opened the only door there was to open, and was swarmed by diggles.

Got surrounded by skulls as soon as I got into hell, managed to shoot down all but one of them when the game decided now would be a great time to fire where my mouse cursor happened to be causing me to miss and promptly get my last % of health taken away.

Is there any way to diasble mouse control other than unplugging it? It's not the first time this has happened for me and I prefer playing with just the keyboard in this one.

I believe there's a configuration file somewhere. Just open it with notepad and check things?

Approaching Palma de Mallorca in a LearJet. Calm winds and clear weather, everything is looking perfect. The ATC tells me to take runway 25R. I put the corresponding frequency in the NAV1, raise the flaps and lower the landing gear. ~100 feet above ground level I disable the Autopilot when the Plane suddenly plummets to the ground. The front wheel explodes and the plane makes a 100 feet jump. The passengers scream. On the second, more severe impact, the whole plane explodes.

7 passengers and the pilot (me) died. 1 Injured :)

Was minding my own business travelling on the supposedly 'safe' roads, when I got ambushed by a pack of wolves.  And another.  And another.  And a group of bandits.  Safe to say I got butchered :P
